The Garmin® GAD42 Interface Adapter offers additional interface capabilities for Garmin panel mount LNAV GPS receivers to provide even more information to the cockpit. (Please see downloadable specifications sheet for interface possibilities)

Although the GAD42 has been designed to enhance the interface capabilities of the Garmin GPS 155/165, GNC 250/300 and GNC® 400/500 family of Garmin LNAV GPS receivers (including the GNS 430 and GNS 530), the unit can be installed with any GPS receiver capable of transmitting and receiving the required ARINC 429 serial data labels. The result is a hard-working adapter that significantly expands the utility of your present panel-mount GPS.
